Article 1 IBAC GLOBAL CAREER WEB (IGCW)
IBAC GLOBAL CAREER WEB hereinafter ("IGCW") is the service run by Inter-Business Associates Corporation hereinafter ("IBAC") to provide career opportunity informations on the internet (at http://www.ibac.co.jp/) as well as affiliated services attached to it.

Article 2 Members
1. An IGCW Member hereinafter ("Member" or "you") means a person who submit your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and any other informations that enable to identify you as a member and has been approved by IBAC. You may receive our service when your application has been approved.
2. By registration, you are regarded to have agreed upon the contents of all the rules herein.
3. You will be responsible for your own registration descriptions.

Article 3 Changes of Service
1. IBAC may change or temporarily suspend its service to you without a prior notice.
2. IBAC may suspend or discontinue its entire service by giving a notice within a specified period of time.

Article 4 Prohibited Conducts
The following acts are prohibited when using the IGCW:
1. Deliberately enter false information on any of the on-line forms.
2. Any acts that infringe upon the rights of any third party including the property, honour, trust, privacy, copyright, and trademark of others without limitation.
3. Any defamatory acts that are against any individual and/or entity.
4. Any acts involving actual or potential violation of laws, regulations or ordinances.
5. Any profit-oriented acts including, the provision of profit-oriented information without limitation.
6. To devolve, lend, or trade your ID and Password,
7. Any other acts judged inappropriate by IBAC.

Article 5 Removal of Registration
IBAC reserves the right to discontinue its service and remove the registration at any time without prior notice if it believes that you have violated the rules herein.

Article 6 Purpose of the use of Registered Information
1. Purpose of the use of Personal Information
(1) We use Personal Information for the service related to IGCW.
(2) Items of Personal Information to be Provided to Companies after On-Line Application.
(3) IBAC may reprint your questions and comments on IGCW without your consent, in a format that does not reveal the identity of individuals. In that case, IBAC own the intellectual property of the contents, and that shall be considered accepted by all the Members not to execute the property rights.
(4) IBAC may create a statistics database, based on the provided Personal Information, in a format that does not reveal the identity of individuals, and make use of the database without any restrictions.
(5) Please be aware that for a fixed period of time after your withdrawal from membership of the IGCW service, your data will be kept in a safe and secure manner in order for IBAC to respond to questions that might come from Users of the Site.

2. Contents of Personal Information Provided to Companies at the Time of Application.
name/address/home address/e-mail/telephone number/work permit/employed or not/date of graduation if in school/academic record/career profile/skills/target job
Other informations listed above must be provided if asked.

3. The Personal Information provided to companies will be handled by them for the use of communication and other purposes during the screening process. You may contact individual companies in terms of their handling Personal Information possessed directly. The companies listed in IGCW are prohibited to use Personal Information obtained via IGCW for any purposes other than their recruiting purposes.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We may entrust handling of your Personal Information to any third party to the extent necessary for intentions of our operations. In that case, we entrust to the companies which adequately satisfy our basis of selection, and strictly manage its handling.
(1) To input sorts of information.
(2) To enclose, to stamp, labeling, and shipping operations.

5. Exceptional cases for using and providing Personal Information
As a general rule, we do not disclose your Personal Information registered to third parties without your consent. We may disclose such information only with your consent after confirming the identity of the receiver and the nature of the information sought; provided, however, that we may disclose registered information without your consent to the extent not legally prohibited if;
(1) Cases in which the provision of personal information is based on laws
(2) Cases in which the provision of personal information is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
(3) Cases in which the provision of personal information is specially necessary for improving public hygiene or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person

6. In case of obtaining Personal Information without self-registering, IBAC will notice the Purpose of the use immediately to the identical person except the cases indicated below:
(1) Noticing the purpose of the use may cause disadvantage to life, body, or property of an individual or a third party.
(2) Noticing or disclosing the purpose of the use may cause disadvantage to allowable rights or fair profit of such company.
(3) The provision of personal data is necessary for cooperating with a state institution, a local public body, or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing the operations prescribed by laws and in which obtaining the consent of the person might impede the execution of the operations concerned
(4)Purpose of the use to be recognized as obvious by circumstances of collecting.

7. What if You do not Give Us Your Personal Information
Some of our service may be unavailable if you do not provide information on items required to receive the certain part of our service.

8. In case of Collecting Personal Information by unrecognizable method

Article 7 Person's rights concerning your Personal Information:
1. You may at any time revise, delete, and/or add to Your Personal Information by going to the "Registration, Modification, Verification" page. 2. IBAC may not comply with your request in the cases as indicated below:
(1) When You could reasonably be excepted to put that third party at a disadvantage.
(2) When You assign marked obstruction with our decent operations.
(3) When You involve actual or potential violation of laws, regulations or ordinances.

Article 8 Disclaimers
1. IBAC shall not be held liable for any damage (including, but not limited to, emotional distress, an interruption in your job-hunting activities and any other disadvantage including a monetary loss) arising from your registration with IGCW, use thereof, information provided by a third party and other activities, unless such damage was caused by intention or gross negligence of IBAC. IBAC shall not be held liable for any damage suffered due to causes beyond its control.
2. You shall agree to be responsible for your own registration descriptions. IBAC will not ensure about it.
3. IBAC shall not be held liable for any damage suffered due to causes beyond its control including, but not limited to, damage from computer virus attacks which cannot be prevented by ordinary preventive measures and natural disasters. IBAC does not guarantee the data stored at IGCW will not be deleted or modified by such an act of force majeure, and Members to save such kind of data with your own responsibility.

Article 9 Measures for Safe Control of Personal Information
In order to handle personal information strictly, we developed articles of personal information protection based on a policy of personal information protection complying with JIS Q 15001, and we operate a management system of personal information protection with comprehending external environments. We conduct measures for safe control from four perspectives (organizational, humane, physical and technical) in order to handle personal information.
Organizational safe control (adjust a structure of personal information protection and confirm operations etc.)
Humane safe control (obtain a confidentiality pledge etc.)
Physical safe control (access control and safekeeping of personal information etc.)
Technical safe control (pass word control, access control and monitoring etc.)

Article 11 Arbitration
The parties hereto agree that the Toyama District Court (Japan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties hereto.

Article 12 Governing Laws
These rules shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and construed and interpreted thereunder. IBAC shall properly use and manage the Personal Information in accordance with the requirements of JIS Q 15001 and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information coming into force in Japan.

Article 13 Original
These rules may be translated into English for convenience purposes. The original of the rules shall be in Japanese.
