Procedures about disclosing your Personal Information

To request us to disclose your Personal Information, please fill in a designated form below and send it to us. Please send the form, as well, by the way of posting record trailable. |

In principle, we accept the requests only at first hand. Please attach a copy of official identity verification document. When a private attorney requests, please attach another documents to verify the deputy him/herself. Contact information (Legal name, Address, Telephone Numbers of an attorney) and a letter of attorney, are also needed. |

We handle your date in the application form properly. We keep your data for 6 months after our response of your apply, and then dispose it. |

We can't response your apply in the case indicated below; 1) The case we can't confirm you because your data in the application is inconsistent with your Personal Information. 2) The case we can't specify you by your application data. 3) The case we can't confirm the power of attorney. 4) The case it causes disadvantage to life, body or property of an individual or a third party. 5) The case it's in violation of JISQ15001 or law. |

We don't collect the fee for application or the shipping fee in general. If it costs much, we consult with you before the response.
